What is "Watch Lists"? |
"Watch Lists" gives you the capability of maintaining a list of closely watched questions (similar to the bookmark feature of the browsers). For questions you may visit again or you want to keep track of their changes, the "Watch Lists" is the right place to use. You can configure your "Watch Lists" setting to subscribe to changes made to the questions in your "Watch Lists". Once a question gets a new version, you will be notified, either immediately or in a daily summary, by emails.
You can assign a label or short description for each question in your "Watch Lists". You can also group questions in different folders.
"Watch Lists" can be access from the pull down menu of "Favorites". |

What is "Messages"? |
"Messages" affiliates with "Watch Lists". Once a question in "Watch lists" has a new version, reject vote or new discussion, you will be notified via the "Messages". The message in "Messages" will be cleared periodically. |

What is "Saved Queries"? |
Sometimes you may find the search result of a query very useful and may revisit the search result in the future. You can use "Saved Queries" to save the current query for future reference. Similar to "Watch Lists", "Saved Queries" allows you to give each query a short description and be grouped in different folders.
"Saved Queries" can be access from the pull down menu of "Favorites". |

How do I create and manage my own FAQ lists? |
It is very easy to create your own FAQ lists at Wisteme. Essentially, each Wisteme "Watch Lists" folder can be one of your FAQ lists. Wisteme allows its users to use and manage "Watch List" to manage interested question lists. What you need to do is to simply find the question you want to add to your FAQ. You can search for an existing question or ask a new question. From the question page, click on "Add to Watch Lists" to add that question to your FAQ folder. If the "Watch Lists" folder (or FAQ list) does not yet exist, you could create a new one by selecting "New Folder" and give it a name. Later on, you could continue adding more questions to this (FAQ) folder. Through my "Watch Lists" page, you could also manage your FAQ lists by removing questions or move questions from one folder to another.
The steps are very similar if you want to create and manage FAQ lists for a group of people. Instead of using "Watch Lists", you can create a group under "Community" and create and manage FAQ folders in that group. You can assign access right to group memebers so that they could also contribute in adding, deleting, or managing FAQ lists for that group. |
