Organizing Committee Members

Any disputes will be discussed and voted by the organizing committee members. A center referee's judgment is the final decision during a game.
Rules On The Field
1. 11x11 games, no limit on substitution, have offside.
2. No sliding tackles and tackles from all directions except shooting the goal.
3. Yellow card and red card will be used (follow regular soccer rules). If a player has two yellow cards or one red card, then he will be suspended for the next game.
4. Total 90 minutes for each match, including 2 halves and 10 minutes half-time water break. If a team is 5 minutes late (less than 8 players show up when a game starts), the team will be treated 0:2 lose. If both teams are late, both teams will get 0 point for the match.
5. Tie-Breaking Rules: Win: 3 points; Tie: 1 point; Loss: 0 point.

Special Rules:
1. Verbally attack referees or players of other teams:
a. First Time: Warning

c. Third Time: The player will be rejected from the league.
2. Physically attack referees or players from other teams (including intention of incurring a fight after a play):
a. First Time: The player will be sent off for the game, with no replacement. (RED CARD)
b. Second Time: The player will be rejected from the league.

In case of my illness or injury, I request and authorize physicians, dentists, and staff, duly licensed as Doctors of Medicine or Doctors of Dentistry or other such licensed technicians or nurses, to perform any diagnostic procedures, treatment procedures, operative procedures and x-ray treatment. I promise that I will follow the league rules and respect any decisions made by the league organizing committee.
