    Answer:
  • Be positive. If the bad mood is caused by something, please try to fix it instead of shifting it off.
  • Share it with somebody. Talk to your friends, parents or the one you trust. When you speak it out, you will feel so better and light-hearted.
  • Forgive yourself. If the bad mood is caused by your wrong doing, please do your best to fix it. Let past be past. Do not blame yourself excessively.
  • Keep your house and clothes clean.
  • Listen to light music, read funny book or watch comedy.
  • Do exercise. This will release endorphins that will improve your mood. Play a sport you enjoy.
  • Devote to your work or study. You will forget the depression or bad mood when you are busy.
