    Answer:
Speak English as much as you can
  • Make an English-speaking friend is a good way to improve your English
  • Even if your friend is not a native English speaker, you will still learn a lot by talking to each other in English
  • Go to a university campus or English corner and find a language partner
  • Try to find a job in which you will need to speak English
  • Choose a school or class in which there are not too many people who speak the same language as you
  • Try to find accommodation which is shared with native English speakers
  • If you spend your social life with a friend or a partner who is a native English speaker, you will improve your speaking skills faster

Pay attention to the Techniques

  • Pay more attention to practical communicating ability instead of the grammatical correctness
  • Watch English movies and news and listen to radio to improve your accent
  • Listen to TV and some English language CD's and repeat what you hear
  • Record yourself as you speak so you can compare your pronunciation with the original ones
  • Talking to yourself in front of the mirror
  • Try reading novels which have dialogues to learn the words in regular use and build up a good vocabulary
  • Retell some articles or English stories in your own words
  • Paying more attention to phrases and small words
  • Interpret Chinese-English novels or books and then compare your interpretation with the original ones to find out your mistakes or places for improvement

Get help

  • Enroll in classes to practice and improve your English (in U.S. a community college or University often offers such classes)
  • Order a video that teaches various techniques of improving spoken English
