    Answer:

Capsicum- nutrition and beauty food

1. Capsicum contains a substance called capsaicin which can promote the exudation of hormone and  acceleration of metabolism. Consuming pepper can burn fat and make your skin smooth, therefore having the function of making you slim and beautiful.

2. Capsicum can promote the circulation of blood and improve digestation by increasing stomach secretions. A natural high nutrient in capsicum triggers the release of endorphins -- the natural pain killers -- whose effects are very similar to those of morphine. It reduces high blood pressure, protects against some types of cancer and is useful in the treatment of chronic rhinitis.

3. Capsicum contains vitaminC. VitaminC-antioxidant, needed for production of elastin and collagen; promotes skin strength and elasticity in blood vessel walls and cell membranes. It is mainly composed of collagen albumen which can postpone senility and make you white and beautiful.

4. Loaded with vitamins A, C and beta carotene, peppers are naturally low in fat, calories and cholesterol.
