From the Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories, start a cmd window in Administrative mode by right clicking Command Prompt to expose the context sensitive drop down menu and left I just did this; the notification hasn't returned yet. Chad in VB I noticed even after deleting the files mention above there are still 49 files and folders that pertain to this "update" including: an event log 12 file folders
Check by running again dism /online /get-packages | findstr KB2952664Good luck!
As for the auto update download, I have the option where I choose to install on my own time.
