If you have the CD, then like blupoizon said that's the easiest way to fix it. Since Acronis True Image uses its own environment to issue a restore, you can restore your backups even if your computer running Windows 10 can't boot. They all say "Press F8 on startup and it will take you into the Advanced Boot Menu and you pick Restore My Computer from the menu".
