PS/2 Mouse OK !!!! When you click on the Install folder, the "DeleteUserSettingsOnUpgrade" is second on the list, after "Default". I've been trying to address this dilemma since my upgrade to Windows 10, to no avail...
By changing the value to "0", you're telling it NOT to do anything, which is the way it should work, and why it stops the defaulting nonsense cold.
