The 3.0 port stopped operating months ago, but I just carried on with the others because I didn't need a 3.0 port. We decided on no Win 10 updates as yet, as it's just another learning curve for them. You can get one for about $4 from eBay. If this seems a little scary to do , you may want to take your computer to your local reputable computer repair shop. Nothing solved the problem.
