My only suggestion would be to ask the reader to edit the inf files so they manually update the driver's date and version. I'm pretty sure the drivers installed OK, since the other USB 3.0 devices still appeared, but I wonder if these drivers have some sort of incompatibility with this Seagate drive. I have been writing drivers for windows since Nt4, and now, on win10, the msi doesn't install the driver on the device even though the device is plugged it.
