Are you the Administrator? I just tested it on a video I'm transcoding and it doesn't show the process that's using the file as in the past. Think that has been my issue as well. AlsoKnownAsJazz Worked, even with nested folders.

So if a user, even in list mode, is on the server their computer can lock the files, causing the other user to lose their privileges.
I just wish to move one file as per the items on my post.
I had to leave the password blank, and use the email address as the user name.

What it IS is lazy , cheap coding by MS staff.
This prevents users from moving or renaming said folder and being presented with a prompt for an administrators password.

S Collins I had this issue too and found the easiest solution was to create a new Outlook profile and make the mailbox that I was copying/moving items FROM the main Christian started his computing career with PDP 11 and VAX/VMS platforms, covering a variety of languages and platforms.
