Unable To Connect Internet Via IE Where As I Can Access Through Firefox And Chrome
DNS Prefetching Firefox attempts to speed up loading new websites by using DNS Prefetching, which can cause page load errors with some system configurations. Was driving me crazy!! When the command is completed successfully, a confirmation appears, followed by a new command prompt. but it seems to work a bit longer than Firefox.

the McAfee firewall was blocking IE, I had to add the program to the list of approved applications and IE8 started started working... Please read Why do I need 50 reputation to comment? You should check Internet Options setting in Control Panel. Check your proxy settings in either chrome or IE and make sure you configured to NOT use a proxy server.
