I also reinstalled the ADK and MustangPEBuilder_2_ADK_64, but still the same problems. Do you able to boot in Gen2 VM with secure boot disabled? First, are you sure you selected the right drive letter?
The problem with Fat32 is that it has a maximum file size limit of 4GB.
