I've never heard of MS Remote Assistance rolling back someone's OS for them.
To do so, you must first install USB legacy emulation drivers, and Legacy USB support must be enabled in CMOS.
Seems like there's something going on with Win 10 and drivers.
I only recommend this for people who have fairly extensive experience with soldering components on a circuit board.
