I also scanned my computer with Microsoft Security Essentials but nothing showed up. At first I thought explorer.exe froze, but all the keyboard commands still work, so that's how I switched between windows at those moments. Think it mouse is double clcking. It may take a while to get a response because the Malware Removal Team members are very busy working logs posted before yours.
