Click Start, type cmd in the Search box, and then click cmd under Programs. When you see the C:\Windows\system32> prompt, then it means IE11 has finished uninstalling.

Apparently, some form of "smart quotes" may tag along, and what appear to be quotation marks in the CMD window aren't treated as such.

I used the force uninstall method, which appeared to work. If you've installed IE11 and don’t like it, and want to revert/go back to previous version, which ever you’re using like IE10 or IE9 or IE8, its damn easy, follow the steps mentioned below.
